• when booking you will receive a text message confirming your request.

• a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required via bank transfer or PayPal to confirm your appointment.

• once deposit is received, you will receive confirmation and full salon address.

• the remaining balance is to be paid at least 24 hours before appointment time via bank transfer or PayPal.

• you can reschedule your appointment once with the same deposit, after that you will need to pay another deposit. (Before 48 hours of appointment)

• you can book with a friend as there is a waiting area- just let me know when booking that you are together. Only two people with separate bookings can come together- no plus ones are allowed due to insurance.

• a patch test is required for any new clients- you can book via Goldie (booking system) at least 4 days before appointment (for shipping)- payment of £1.75 is to be sent for postage, and a Patch Test will be sent to your preferred address.

• when booking with me, you are consenting to images being used of your lashes/brows on my social media channels. This doesn't need to include your whole face, just treatment area.

• PLEASE do not wear eye makeup to your appointment- as this increases appointment times and we may run over.

• out of hours appointments are available for an extra £10 added onto treatment price.

• for 48 hours, avoid steam, swimming or washing your face with hot water.

• avoid gym or sun for 24 hours.

• try not to rub your eyes.

• avoid sleeping on your face for 24 hours, so your lashes aren't disturbed while they set.

• DONT use lash curlers.

• no oil based makeup or remover on eyes.

• avoid getting area wet for 24 hours.

• avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 48 hours.

• avoid excessive rubbing or touching brows for 24 hours.

• avoid exfoliating 3 days before and after treatment.

• avoid tanning products

• keep brows moisturised!

• more than 10 minutes late - £5 charge

• 15 minutes late - £10 charge 

• more than 20 minutes late- cancelled 

• no show- unable to rebook

• please inform me of any health conditions before your appointment, as well as my medications you are taking.

• pregnant women can book any services EXCEPT Halal Brows or Brow Lamination- please inform me prior if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• if you are unwell on the day of your appointment, I do allow a one-off reschedule without the 48 hour policy, as I would rather we are both safe! I will require at least 2 hours notice, and no shows will not be able to rebook.
